Effect of cell phone radiation on brain

It may be possible that your mobile phone can damage your eyesight or increase your blood pressure. Ever you think that your cell phone radiation is how much creating health problems for you.



According to study, approximately there are 208 million cell phones users in US and 1.9 in worldwide. The study was linked with cell phone radiation such as headaches, high blood pressure, brain tumors, cancer and many more. It is better to take precautions while using your mobile phones.



I have read one article, in which they have given 10 steps to minimize the effects of cell phone radiations:



1) Limited use of mobile phone: Call of 2 minute also changes the natural electrical activity of the brain. Therefore, it is better to use your mobile phone for limited calls only and for short period of time.



2) Prohibit children to use mobile phone: Since children have developing skulls, so the radiation may effect on them more deeply. So allow them to call in case of emergency only.



3) Use airtube headset: The regular wired headset generates radiation with more intensity. The wired headset not only transmits the radiation but also serves as an antenna attracting electromagnetic fields from the surroundings. So it is better to use airtube headset instead of wired headset.



4) Avoid keeping mobile phone in your pocket or belt: According to study, the lower portion of body has good conductivity and absorption power than upper portion of body. Therefore, it is better to avoid keeping cell phones in your lower pocket or belt while using it.



5) Wait for some time till connection is made: If you are using your mobile phone with a headset, then wait for the call to connect before placing next to the ear.



6) Don’t use your mobile phone in enclosed metal: Mobile phone use more power to establish connection while using in vehicles or elevators.



7) Do not make call when battery is low: When you mobile phone’s battery is low, it takes more time to establish a connection. Therefore, it will generate more radiation during that period. So avoid using your cell phone while battery has only one bar or less.



8) Purchase a mobile phone with low Specific Absorption Rate: The SAR level is the way to measure the radio frequency of mobile phone. If SAR level is low, it will generate less radiation. So, whenever you purchase your mobile phone see the SAR level.



9) Use only validated EMF protection device: Do not use second hand mobile phones; because when you are not using your mobile phone, still they generate second EMF radiation.



10) Use nutritional supplements: Take nutritional supplements, especially anti-oxidants SOD, catalase, glutathione, and Coq10. These substances reduce the microwave radiation. Therefore, they protect body itself.
