Now, all 3 users would be able to access the Yahoo! Messenger service on their handsets by paying only monthly charges. Customers would be able to download this service for no extra cost. Recently, the company has tied up with Google to provide the messaging service, which will enable customers to enjoy unlimited instant messaging with their friends all over the world as do on their PCs. The company is already providing Yahoo! facilities like Yahoo! Go 2.0 on 3 mobile phones.
Recently, the phone company announced that the company will offer Google Maps on the Planet 3 mobile portal through download, while the new phones have already pre-installed the application.
According to John Penberthy-Smith, marketing director of 3UK, the company aims to enrich mobile Internet experience. The company is aiming to provide all features on mobile device, which they usually access on their home PC.
