
According to recent survey of ACECOMM Corporation, approximately 95 percent of parents will prefer to control the use of mobile phone by their children in school hours. Most of parents want this due to security concerns. There are few conclusions from their survey:
1)Approximately 99 percent parents want to contact their children in emergency time only through mobile phone.
2) About 99 percent want to contact their children, if any unsafe situation arises on the way.
3)About 84 percent parents want to contact them in school hours, if there is any changing in their schedules.
4)Approx 71 percent parents want that their child takes mobile phone in school hours but use it only in case of emergency.
5)Approx 33 percent parents are concerned with opening of Internet content on their cell phone.
6)About 41 percent of parents are concerned with sexual predators through text messages.
About 66 percent parents are concerned with over use of text messages, while 39 percent are concerned about cheating on tests by text messages or mobile phones.
Parents Patrol will allow parents to monitor and set limits on their child’s phone. It means that parents can control their children from the miss use of mobile phone in school hours.
