According to the US Wireless Communication Association, about 3.6 million jobs come from US wireless telecommunications industry. The wireless industry has generated revenues of $118 billion and made contribution of $92 billion to the US GDP.



The following three largest wireless companies are making their names in market:



I) Verizon Wireless: This is joint venture of Verizon Communications and Vodafone. It is the first company who delivers 3 G-multimedia services. The company is generating net revenue of US$ 75.11 billion with revenue net share of 27.155. The company has given a gross profit of 49.64 percent.





II) AT&T: It is third largest wireless telephone carrier in US. The company is merged with Cingular to make company first in wireless. The company has made net revenue of $43.86 billion with revenue per share 13.023. The total gross profit of company is $24.67 billion.



III) T-Mobile: It is the fourth largest wireless carrier in the US market. The company has 21.7 million customers. The T-Mobile is group of mobile phone corporate subsidiaries. It operates major GMS networks in Europe and US. The company is making revenue of $9366 million and it has a growth rate of 12 per cent.
