Dell is selling the first Express Card for Verizon’s high-speed EvDO network. The new ExpressCard standard has replaced PC cards from laptops including entries from Dell, Lenovo, HP and Apple.



Novatel announced that Verizon and Sprint were evaluating the XV620, an Express Card for high-speed EvDO networks.



The XU870, a card for Cingular’s HSDPA high-speed network will also allow global roaming.
