Atlanta-based EarthLink will develop wireless broadband network throughout the Arlington county in the USA. For, it has signed a deal with Arlington to make an investment of $5 million to bring wireless services in the entire county. The leading Internet service provider will build about 33 free wireless-internet access sites in the county covering public places such as parks, community centers and libraries. In addition to these, the company will also extend free Internet access to 30 nonprofit organizations and 60 free mobile accounts for county workers. A Washingtonpost report adds that EarthLink may start its work from the first of next month subject to approval of the deal by the County Board, who are meeting to decide upon.
