The former Governor of Virginia, Mark Warner has displayed the use of cell phones for voting to high school students in Concord.
Warner showed students how to use text messages for contacting non-profit group named Mobile Voter. When user will give their e-mail address, the group will send a copy of state’s registration form.
According to Warner, this will promote the technology to register for voting.
