GE Security Inc., indirect subsidiary of the General Electric Company has selected Numerex, a leader in machine-to-machine (M2M) wireless communication solutions provider, for providing wireless M2M network connectivity to NavLogix, GE Security’s new mobile resource management (MRM) solution.
Numerex Corp has signed an agreement with GE Security to offer its CDMA and GSM data network service as the preferred network solution for their newest wireless M2M solution. The company will deliver an array of advanced data network services throughout America, including GSM/GPRS, CDMA/1xRTT, Location Based Services (LBS) and SMSXpress communication technologies. Numerex will provide all key services, including Numerex Networks CDMA and GSM network, network management services, online provisioning, and 24×7 technical support to NavLogix solution.
Even the company will manage the network management and support services for GE Security’s NavLogix through its Numerex Network Operations Center based in Atlanta. Additionally, Numerex will also provide comprehensive network management services to assist customers about their wireless M2M product deployment efforts and end-user support.
