Mobile phone banned in court



Criminal court judge, Diane Boswell questioned on row of spectators, when mobile phone rings three times in her courtroom. Later on, she ordered two people to serve community service for contempt of court.



When no one admitted about ringing of cell phones, she told five people who are sitting on first row to stay until the morning. She found three people in contempt of court, when initially they refused her.



Cynthia Cannon was agreed to pay $100 as a fine. The judge ordered her to do community service but she declined.



Boswell charged other two people to serve 40 hours of community service as punishment.
