MAPQUEST has launched a MUST-HAVE service, which is extension of its popular service named, MAPQUEST NAVIGATOR. MAPQUEST NAVIGATOR is a Global Position System enabled application, which provides you seamlessly voice navigational experience. It allows you to receive phone calls from your mobile phone.
MAPQUEST NAVIGATOR allows you to download your route information, so that when you enter in bad cell networking area, the auto route would be able to guide you and reroute you. MAPQUEST NAVIGATOR service is available on the Sprint and Nextel phones with the cost price of $9.95 per month.
SYMBIAN is also offering same service, WAYFINDER, for Symbian based mobile phones and it ia available in many Sony Ericsson phones. The Wayfinder Navigator is the only application, which provides you map-application with Bluetooth GPS box. The only problem is that you have to buy an equipment for enabling this service.
