NeuStar has partnered with the ICQ to launch ICQ Instant Messaging solution for Partner Communications Ltd in Israel. The company has mobilized ICQ’s Instant messaging service for worldwide mobile operators.
While commenting on the launch of ICQ Instant Messaging service, general manager of NeuStar Next Generation Messaging, Allen Scott said,
Our deal with ICQ is an important step in the global rollout of new mobile IM services.
Now, any operators who want to launch any IM service, including an ICQ Instant Messaging service for the mobile phone can directly deal with NeuStar. The IM service for ICQ covers more than 24 million users worldwide. The ICQ is keen to work with companies, which have relevant experience and expertise in Instant Messaging service.
While according to Iris Beck, vice president, marketing and content at Partner Communications Ltd., the company is working with NeuStar due to its reputation as one of the most successful mobile IM companies in the world as well as its partnership with ICQ.
