Soon the problem of overloaded cell phone networks and untraced emergency calls from mobile phones will solve.
AUT University and other two universities of New Zealand are doing research on issues of mobile communications, which includes location determination, network optimization and customer relation management.
Professor Nik Kasabov and Professor Steve MacDonell of AUT University have joined MediaLab, Telecom and Lucent.
According to Professor Kasabov, AUT’s research experts are developing and testing innovative computational methods and tools for improving mobile network performance.
