Nokia brings ads service in mobile phones

World’s largest mobile phone maker, Nokia is bringing advertisement service in mobile phones. The Finnish mobile maker, Nokia is launching two new services, named Nokia Ad Service and Nokia Advertising Connector. A group of mobile publishers has formed a network for the Nokia Ad service, which helps them to develop platform to deploy, manage and optimize mobile advertising campaigns. It simplifies the mobile advertising process and also manages a full ad campaign lifecycle. It uses the Nokia’s technology to deploy, manage and optimize mobile ad campaigns. The company has also Nokia Advertising Gateway, Nokia Advertising Connector for content publishers and aggregators. This service allows them to deliver targeted advertisements to mobile phones. This service joins the ads to specific multimedia applications like reading digital newspaper content, watching TV, listening to music or looking at directions on maps. The service makes easy-to-use for reporting and analytics tools for publishers to manage their advertisers’ return on investment. According to Matthew Snyder, head of business development, Nokia Multimedia, Advertising Business Program, the company is partnering with newspaper publishers, platform companies, operators and Internet companies to help them for this service
