Nokia is acquiring US digital based music distributor Loudeye for $60 million.
According to company reports, they have received early termination of the waiting period from the US Federal Trade Commission and as well as from the antitrust division of the US department of Justice. The company has got clearance from Germany and Italy’s authorities also.
