Pantech Group, South Korean handset making company, is going to sell three mobile phones for carrier CTI Movil in Argentina. Pantech is trying to get 10 percent share of the Latin American mobile phone market. Pantech is top most selling brand in Argentina in the first half of the year.
The telecom carrier started its expansion of Latin American market in 2004. Pantech is planning to expand its services not only in Argentina and Mexico but also in Chile. The company is dealing with Claro, nation’s third largest mobile communication service provider to supply several models of cell phones.
