
Soon passengers can use their mobile phones in during flights. Qantas are testing new technology to allow passengers to use their mobile phones and personal digital assistants during flights.
According to company spokesperson, Lesley Grant, Qantas would be the first airlines to offer this service and it would be tested on Boeing 767 plying domestic routes.
This new technology is developed with Telstra, Panasonic and AeroMobile. Few days back mobile phones were banned due to interference with navigation equipment.
