I am not talking about those airlines that are providing calls and text messages in-flight. Here, I am talking about Ryanair, which is launching in-flight cellular service at low rates.
Ryanair is launching in-flight cellular service broadband named, OnAir in all over Europe. The firm is keeping fares as cheap as A£1a€ by charging everything including baggage also. Ryanair is charging A£1.80 to A£2 for per minute call and 40c for every outgoing message.
It means that every passenger has to spend only A£60m for one call. Business people can talk through entire flight by spending A£100. This service will create of lot of revenues in justified rates.
OnAir is coming cell partner for Air Frances. Previously British carrier BMI and Portuguese carrier TAP wre service partners.
