SEVEN, the push e-mail service vendor and Alltel Wireless announced that now Alltel’s customers would be able to get push based e-mail on their Brew compatible mobile phones on the Alltel network.
Seven is using new product named, Office Sync for BREW, which will provide BREW handsets with real time synchronization of contacts and calendar entries. In US, most of the CDMA mobile phones support BREW instead of Java, so now Motorola RAZR is also able for push e-mail service.
A personal version of SEVEN’s Office Sync for BREW is also available for those customers, who have POP or IMAP accounts. Consumer version of Seven’s Office Sync is also for users to use Internet mail services, like Hotmail, AOL and Yahoo! from their mobile phones.
