There are many mobile and cell phone sites available on the web that are dealing from handset manufacturers, networks and retailers to news, reviews and many more things. When China Mobile overtakes Vodafone as the biggest mobile phone company, then I was thinking about those companies, which had the biggest company websites.
I have read an article in which they given the top 50 websites. Alexa has made rankings of these company websites according to their traffic analysis. No doubt, China Mobile does have the first position. After merging with Wanadoo, the Orange.co.uk has made large traffic jump and started broadband services in the UK.
Phonescoop is leading in the news site, but it is quite surprising to Vodafone.com in 24th place. Yahoo!, MSN and Google are still maintained there positions in top 3.
Here I am listing top 10 web sites with their positions and ranking, which are ranked by Alexa in its rakings:
1. www.chinamobile.com 205
2. www.cingular.com 576
3. www.nokia.com 593
4. www.orange.co.uk 653
5. www.verizonwireless.com 684
6. www.sonyericsson.com 702
7. direct.motorola.com 948
8. www.o2.co.uk 2444
9. www.samsungmobile.com 2864
10. www.phonescoop.com 3156
