
Vodafone is facing problem due to eight charges of misconduct against subsidiary of the UK based operator. Greece’s top independent telecoms watchdog, ADAE warned Vodafone to give penality in Greek scandal case.
According to ADAE’s investigative team, there are several alarms in Vodafone system, which turned off when people were taking their place.
ADAE described the device as ‘extremely high-tech’, when the bugs are discovered. The equipment was unearthed by in Vodafone’s central system. Subscribers made complaint about the missing of text messages.
The scandal was also investigated by parliamentary committee and further it is going to be investigated by Greek judiciary. ADAE is also conducting a four month investigation. The watchdog has criticized the Vodafone about its dismantling the bugs in the report.
