
If I ask you, what are mobile phone brands that you like? I think you will say, Nokia, Motorola, Samsung and Sony-Ericsson.
If you are thinking, these brands have built their great loyalty among customers, then I will say may be you are wrong.
Harris Interactive made a survey among various cell phone users what they think before buying a cell phone. These are the following results from survey:
1) Approximately 1.9% users like to buy handset from the handset manufacturer.
2) Approx 2.7% users like to buy from wireless service provider.
3) While 54% users like to buy from others.
It means that mobile phone makers are making themselves more strengthening and differentiating from other brands.
However, we cannot find out which software chip is inside in our system.
