
Yahoo! Go for Mobile 2.0, the mobile internet application, which was tested as a beta version will now advance to a general availability mode in the U.S. Meanwhile, it will be released as a localized beta version in 13 countries.
According to yahoo!, this service will be supported by 200 different mobile phones by the end of July and 400 by the end of this year. It will also be pre-loaded on yet to be released cell-phones from Nokia, Samsung, LG, HTC and Motorola.
The executive vice president, Connected Life Division, Yahoo!, Mr.Marco Boerries said:

Yahoo Go for Mobile 2.0 features significant enhancements such as faster loading time, ability to open more types of attachments like PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents, a satellite map service that can display current traffic conditions and even GPS on select cell-phones.
The 13 countries to get the beta versions are: India, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, U.K. and Canada.
