TeleFlip service delivers e-mails to any mobile phone

TeleFlip service allow mobile phone user to receive e-mail, calendar alerts and online content feeds without downloading any new software or using any other hardware. TeleFlip, Inc., an emerging leader in the delivery of innovative consumer communications solutions has unveiled a new patent-pending technology, TeleFlip, which allows all mobile phones to receive e-mails and online content feeds like news, weather and sports without using any new software or downloading new application. The system does not require any special hardware to configure or install software to use this service. User can visit TeleFlip’s Web site and enter their mobile phone number and e-mail address, then user would be able to use this free service on their mobile phones. User would be able to receive up to 5000 e-mails from any e-mail account. Even user can reply to their e-mails messages directly from their mobile phones. Star launches PLUS services for mobile phone users

Now, mobile phone user can watch the clips of their favorite TV serials on their mobile phones. Star Mobile Entertainment has launched the ‘PLUS’ service for mobile phones, so that user can watch their favorite TV serial while on the move. Star Mobile Entertainment has launched the new service, named PLUS, which allow mobile user to catch up 24 hours TV channe, search for information, shop, and go on the bank services and access entertainment and information on their mobile phones. User can download the PLUS mobile service on their mobile phones. It has an easy entertainment point-and-click navigation, which allow user to send SMS or dial to the entertainment service and watch delayed TV clips and download a range of rich content on mobile phones. This service is available on GPRS or WAP enabled mobile phones. Currently, the PLUS application is available on 120 mobile phones. Additionally, the PLUS is offering a range of information services is partnerships with brands, including banking services from HDFC bank and travel and ticketing services by MakeMyTrip.com and TravelGuru.com. PLUS also allow user to view Yellow pages information from Infomedia Group; music content from Universal Music; design tips from Better Interiors; information about cars from Overdrive and gadget news from T3 and audiophiles can get advice from AVMAX. Plus offers popular content from Star Plus, Star Gold, and Star One. According to Viren Popli, Senior Vice President, Star Mobile Entertainment, GPRS mobile user can access a wide range of video content and services like Yellow Pages, banking, travel, shopping. Now mobile phone will issue traffic fines

Now day’s people are using mobile phones for multi-tasking like MP3 player, camera, FM radio and many more. This is the first time; Dubai Police will use mobile phones for traffic control. Dubai Police’s Electronic Services Department has developed the programme to make it usable in camera enabled mobile phones. Dubai Police will issue traffic fines by using mobile phones. Traffic policemen and other officers will take a still picture or a video of the offending vehicles. The system can also issue on-the-spot fines. The new system would be able to send information about the time of offence, the kind of offence and the amount of fine given to the traffic department. After checking the accuracy of the information, the system automatically adds the fine to the personal traffic file of the offender. The system also sends the information on the offence through SMS to their mobile phone or through an e-mail. According to Colonel Ahmad Bin Dalmook, director of the department, traffic policemen can send the fine in two ways either by sending the offending vehicle’s picture directly or by taking picture with all information about vehicle like plat number, its code, its source and category.
